If you’re not familiar with the term “glow up”, let me fill you in:
“Glow up is an informal term for a positive personal transformation, typically one involving significant changes in appearance and style and often also growth in confidence and maturity.” {Dictionary.com}
I’ve recently been on my own “glow up” journey … and then I thought: I should do this for businesses!
So I am.
I’ve never created an experience like this - four days of high energy, high fun and high connection.
From Wednesday 19th - Saturday 22nd of October, I’ll traverse the core pillars that will enable you to uplevel your business… and your life.

In this session, we traverse personal organisation, energy management, spiritual alignment, inspiration and core relationships… all with a view to unlocking that next level of fulfilment and success for you as an individual.

Day 2: SYSTEMS & SUPPORT
GLOW UP INTENTION: More time & space
Our next area of focus enables you to step up more in your business. I’ll share with you game-changing nuggets to enable you to design a business and team that complements your superpowers and enables you to do more of what you love in your business.
Friday 21st October
Day 3: SALES & MARKETING
GLOW UP INTENTION: Higher profile & higher revenue
We turn our sights today to creating a magnetic sales and marketing approach that’s unique to your business… and attracts your perfect customers with ease and connection. Watch out - clarity and confidence incoming!
Saturday 22nd October
Day 4: INTEGRATION

In this tutorial-style session, we bring together the previous three days by co-creating your own GLOW UP plan. Celebrate, troubleshoot and get accountability with me and your fellow GLOW UP participants.

The sessions are a mix of pre-recorded and live, and all recordings (a video and audio option) will be shared with everyone registered after each session.
You’ll also be welcomed into a pop-up Facebook group as soon as you register, to connect with the GLOW UP vibes of your fellow participants, and benefit from extra Q&A and support with me and my team.
